Urban Events
Bootcamp - Arboretum

Outdoor Bootcamp at Arboretum -Various activities including Sprints, Obstacles, Sackrace, Bodyweight exercises, Flipcone and much more.

Critical Mass - Cycling

This a 25km fun ride within the city to create awareness, you can come with your own bike or hire one at Urban. We start cycling from the gym to start venue and back to gym when done.

Longonot & Lake Naivasha

Get an opportunity to hike the the Volcanic mountain thereafter ride down to Lake Naivasha for lunch and boat ride, this coming May the 6th. Registration is ongoing at the gym. Contact us for more info.
